CNC electro-hydraulic heavy bending
Controlled multi-stage forming for large parts and consistent angles across the bend length.
Press brakes provide 320–600 tonnes of force and bed lengths up to 6,000mm. Active crowning compensation and laser angle measurement help maintain precise tolerances on thick plate.
Suitable for chassis channels, transformer housings, structural skid frames and complex components requiring multiple bends.
