5-Axis CNC Machining for Demanding GCC Components
PartsMake delivers one-setup, five-axis simultaneous machining for closed impellers, irregular oil-and-gas joints, aerospace-grade structural parts and complex deep cavities across the UAE and wider GCC.
±0.005 mm
Standard tolerance on all axes
0.001°
Rotary-axis positioning
10–15 days
DDP delivery after drawing approval
Built for complex geometry
Trunnion and swivel-head centres sized for the components required by Tier-2 contractors in the Eastern Province, UAE industrial zones and regional energy projects.
Core capability
One setup for difficult access and tight control
Closed impellers and deep cavities
Simultaneous five-axis movement reaches vane passages, back-face contours and complex internal features without dead zones or repeated re-fixturing.
Irregular oil-and-gas connectors
Curved subsea connectors, wellhead mandrels, multi-port valve blocks and other compound-angle components can be machined in a controlled single cycle.
Aerospace and drone structures
The same process supports 7075-T6 aerospace aluminium, structural drone frames, liquid-cooling cold plates and lightweight server chassis frames.
Reduced tolerance stack-up
Eliminating three or four separate setups reduces cumulative positioning error from approximately ±0.15 mm to the machine’s native ±0.005 mm.
Verified process performance
A measurable machining envelope
Capability figures are verified on Zeiss PRISMO CMMs at 20 °C ±0.5 °C before any part leaves the shop.
Maximum part size
1,200 × 1,000 × 800 mm

Engineering guidance
Choose the right machining route
The engineering team reviews every model during the 24-hour DFM process and can quote both five-axis and alternative routes where appropriate.
Use five-axis simultaneous machining when:
Internal passages exceed 60 mm in depth, or compound angles cannot be reached with 3+2 positioning.
Consider 3-axis or mill-turn when:
The component is a simple prismatic block under 300 mm and a simpler process is more economical.
Common questions
Documentation and delivery
A complete package for project handover
Documentation is prepared alongside production so inspection, logistics and site acceptance can move without unnecessary delay.
-
1
Material traceability
EN 10204 3.1 material certificates linked to heat numbers, with PMI cross-checking on receipt.
-
2
Dimensional inspection
