Quality evidence from material receipt to final release
Precision measurements, material checks and applicable non-destructive testing are brought together in an order-specific Data Book. Documentation can include EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, CMM inspection records and pressure-test results.
Dimensional metrology
Zeiss PRISMO / Accura CMM systems support dimensional verification in a temperature-stabilised inspection environment.
Material identification
XRF/OES positive material identification checks support alloy verification and heat-lot traceability.
NDT & pressure testing
Available checks include PT, MT, UT and hydrostatic testing, selected to suit part requirements.
Corrosion verification
ASTM B117 salt-spray testing can assess corrosion-resistant finishes, with exposure testing up to 2,000 hours.
