Aerospace-grade precision for regional programmes

Defense, UAV & Aerospace

PartsMake supports Gulf localisation priorities and the growing need for dependable industrial inspection UAVs with precision-machined housings, structural interfaces and optical payload components. From drawing review to controlled finishing and inspection, we help engineering teams move complex parts from design to delivery.

Component manufacturing

Built around the details that matter in the air

UAV and aerospace assemblies call for controlled mass, accurate alignment and consistent fit. Our CNC, sheet-metal and finishing workflows are suited to prototypes, replacement parts and repeat production runs.

01 / Airframe

Thin-wall aluminium housings

Five-axis machining for lightweight enclosures, structural covers and precision interfaces. Toolpaths and workholding can be planned around wall stability, datum control and assembly requirements.

Aluminium alloys including 7075-T6 · Up to 1,200 × 1,000 × 800 mm on 5-axis machining

02 / Interfaces

Composite-to-alloy connection hardware

Machined joints, lugs and mounting features designed to mate with carbon-fibre structures and specialised alloy frames. We work to supplied drawings and interface requirements, with attention to repeatable alignment and fit.

5-axis machining tolerance: down to ±0.005 mm, subject to part geometry and specification

03 / Optical payloads

Gimbal tubes and support brackets

Precision-machined telescope barrels for dual-axis optical gimbals, along with sensor mounts and structural brackets. Close attention to concentricity, bearing seats and mounting datums supports accurate assembly.

Finishing & dimensional control

Finish and fit, specified from the outset

Anodising and inspection requirements are considered alongside the machining plan, helping teams account for critical dimensions, mating surfaces and part identification before production begins.

Black anodised aluminium

Specified black anodising for suitable aluminium components, with finish requirements and critical dimensions reviewed against the part drawing.

CMM dimensional verification

Coordinate measurement and inspection data books can support first-article review and repeatable batch verification.

Material traceability

EN 10204 3.1 material certificates and heat-lot traceability are available for applicable materials and order requirements.

Drawing-led process planning

DFM review helps identify datum strategy, thin-wall risks, tolerance priorities and finish allowances before manufacturing.

From drawing to dispatch

A clear path to production

01

Review

Share drawings, material requirements, finish notes and inspection criteria for engineering review.

02

Manufacture

Agree the machining and finishing route for prototypes, low-volume parts or repeat requirements.

03

Verify & deliver

Confirm applicable inspection records and coordinate delivery to GCC project locations.
