Precision components for GCC infrastructure

Phosphor Bronze & Brass Precision Machining

PartsMake manufactures custom C11000 copper, C36000 brass and phosphor bronze components for industrial buyers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and across the GCC.

From high-conductivity copper cooling features and switchgear contacts to smart water meter parts and precision bronze components, we machine to your drawing with material traceability and inspection records available for procurement review.

Send your part drawing, material specification and required quantity for an RFQ.

Precision-machined copper, brass and phosphor bronze industrial components

Made to drawing. Prepared for review.

Material, inspection and documentation requirements can be agreed at RFQ stage.

Material selection

Choose the alloy for the job

Copper alloys machine differently. The right selection balances conductivity, machinability, wear behaviour and the conditions the part will face.

We manufacture to the specified alloy and condition. If a drawing only says “copper”, “brass” or “bronze”, share the intended service conditions so material questions can be raised before quoting.

High conductivity for electrical and thermal applications

C11000 is suited to busbar-related components, electrical contacts and machined cold plates. Its softness and ductility make chip control and burr removal especially important around fine microchannels and contact faces.

For liquid-cooling components, share channel dimensions, wall thickness, sealing lands, port positions and datum strategy. Leak or pressure testing should be agreed as part of the order scope.

Application focus

Machined components for power, cooling and water systems

Production routes are matched to part geometry, required features and planned quantities—not just the material name.

Thermal management

C11000 copper microchannel cold plates

CNC-milled custom parts for data-centre cooling and other high-heat infrastructure. Channel geometry, flat mating surfaces, sealing lands and ports are reviewed against the drawing.

Burr control is important in narrow passages, where loose material can obstruct flow or contaminate assembly. Critical dimensions and inspection planning can be agreed before production.

Power distribution

Switchgear contacts and electrode components

C11000 copper and specified copper-alloy parts for switchgear, power distribution and electrical equipment, made by CNC milling, turning or Swiss machining to suit the geometry.

Electrical ratings and assembly performance depend on the full component design and its qualification requirements. Contact geometry, tolerances and inspection method affect achievable results.

Water metering

C36000 brass shafts and valve cores

Turned and milled parts for smart water meters, hydraulic needle valves and custom valve assemblies. Swiss machining supports small diameters and repeat features; turning and mill-turn cover larger or more complex geometries.

Share both initial order quantity and expected annual demand so the process route can be considered for first-batch and repeat supply.

Precision wear parts

Phosphor bronze pins, bushings and contacts

Small precision parts and repeat production for applications requiring a specified combination of strength, wear resistance or spring behaviour. Grade, temper and service conditions guide the machining and material review.

Manufacturing capability

Process routes matched to part geometry

A drawing revision, tolerance change or material substitution can affect the process route and price. Identify acceptable alternatives in your enquiry so they can be reviewed before quotation.

5-axis milling

Complex contact profiles, copper cooling features and multi-face components. Work envelope up to 1,200 × 1,000 × 800 mm; standard machining tolerance ±0.005 mm.

Mill-turn machining

Parts requiring turning and milled features, including shafts and valve components. Capacity up to Ø420 × 1,050 mm; standard tolerance ±0.005 mm.

Swiss screw machining

Small-diameter brass, copper and phosphor bronze components in repeat batches. Part range Ø1 to Ø38 mm; standard tolerance ±0.003 mm.

CNC turning

Larger turned parts and concentric features. Capacity up to Ø850 × 2,200 mm; standard tolerance ±0.008 mm.

Stamping and presswork

Considered for suitable high-volume sheet or strip components. Press capacity from 60 to 400 tons, bed sizes up to 2,000 × 1,200 mm and material thicknesses from 0.2 to 6.0 mm.

These are process reference limits, not a guarantee for every feature or material. Actual capability depends on the part, tolerance stack and inspection method.

Quality & documentation

Inspection evidence aligned to your purchase order

For power, water and energy infrastructure, define the inspection level and documentation needed at RFQ stage. This helps confirm the scope in the quotation.

  • 01CMM dimensional inspection and inspection data books for specified critical features.
  • 02Positive Material Identification (PMI) by XRF or OES, where required.
  • 03Heat-lot-linked material traceability and EN 10204 3.1 material documentation.
  • 04Surface finish and dimensional checks against the agreed drawing and inspection plan.

For GCC procurement teams

Custom industrial supply for regional projects

This service is intended for procurement and engineering teams sourcing components to drawing, including:

  • Switchgear and power-system integrators sourcing copper contacts and conductive parts.
  • Data-centre and cooling-system packagers developing machined copper cold plates.
  • Water-meter and valve manufacturers requiring repeat C36000 brass parts.
  • MRO contractors, distributors, EPCs and skid builders sourcing custom machined components.

DDP delivery can be coordinated to locations including Riyadh, Dammam, Jubail, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha, subject to destination and shipment details. Identify SABER/SASO, other conformity requirements and customs documentation in your enquiry for review.
