Saudi and UAE conformity requirements are separate. The right route depends on the product and the rules in force for its destination.
SABER and SASO coordination
SABER is Saudi Arabia’s online platform for product conformity and shipment documentation. Depending on the product category and applicable regulations, an importer may need a Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC) and a Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCoC). Some products follow a different route or may not require the same certificates.
We help establish the likely compliance path before parts leave the factory, coordinating product information and applications with the importer and the relevant authorised conformity assessment body.
MoIAT and UAE import coordination
For shipments entering the UAE, we help buyers identify whether a product may fall under an applicable UAE regulatory or conformity route, then coordinate available product and shipment information with the relevant parties.
Support can include document preparation, product data checks and logistics coordination for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, JAFZA and KEZAD. A Saudi certificate is not a substitute for a UAE requirement, or the reverse.
Classification support
HS code review starts with the part—not just its name
Descriptions such as “steel component” or “valve spare” may not provide enough information for tariff classification. Function, material, construction, whether the item is a complete article or component, and its intended use may all be relevant.

Why classification matters

PCoC
Where required, the PCoC relates to product compliance with applicable Saudi requirements. Depending on the product and regulation, the conformity assessment body may request product specifications, test reports, quality records, labels or other evidence.
