Precision manufacturing for the GCC

CNC Machining

High-precision machining for demanding materials, complex geometries and critical industrial applications. PartsMake supports GCC engineering teams with capable multi-axis production, controlled tolerances and clear inspection records—from one-off components to repeat batches.

Built for demanding service conditions

From sour-gas valve components to seawater equipment, we machine parts intended for heat, pressure, corrosion and continuous operation.

A practical answer to regional capacity gaps

Complex parts need more than a basic lathe setup

Across the Middle East, ageing equipment and limited large-format or multi-axis capacity can make high-complexity components difficult to source locally. PartsMake combines advanced CNC milling, turning and mill-turn production to help reduce reliance on multiple suppliers and lengthy overseas lead times.

We work with engineering and procurement teams on hard-to-cut nickel alloys, duplex and super duplex stainless steels, titanium and high-strength copper alloys. Machining plans are selected around part geometry, material behaviour, inspection requirements and the intended operating environment.

Machining range

Multi-axis capability for parts of different scales

Envelope and tolerance figures are typical capability references. Final feasibility depends on material, geometry, datum strategy and inspection requirements.

5-axis simultaneous milling

Complex geometry

Machine intricate profiles and angled features in fewer setups, helping preserve positional relationships across critical surfaces.

  • Work envelope: up to 1,200 × 1,000 × 800 mm
  • Typical tolerance: ±0.005 mm
  • Surface finish: down to Ra 0.4 μm
  • Applications: pump impellers, turbine blades, instrumentation bodies

CNC turning

Large diameters

Heavy-duty turning with live tooling for long, cylindrical and flanged components used in flow control and energy equipment.

  • Work envelope: up to Ø850 × 2,200 mm length
  • Typical tolerance: ±0.008 mm
  • Surface finish: down to Ra 0.8 μm
  • Applications: wellhead mandrels, spools, shafts and drill components

Mill-turn machining

Fewer setups

A multi-tasking route for parts that combine turned features with milled faces, ports and details, reducing handling between operations.

  • Configuration: 9-axis twin spindle with B-axis
  • Work envelope: up to Ø420 × 1,050 mm length
  • Typical tolerance: ±0.005 mm
  • Applications: valve blocks, manifolds and sensor housings

Large-format gantry milling

Oversized work

Machining capacity for large structural and process components that exceed the practical reach of conventional machine shops.

  • Work envelope: up to 3,500 × 2,200 × 1,000 mm
  • Typical tolerance: ±0.020 mm
  • Applications: skid baseplates, tube sheets and structural weldments
  • Materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron and aluminium

Swiss screw machining

Small precision parts

High-speed machining for small-diameter components where repeatability, fine features and consistent surface finish matter.

  • Bar diameter: Ø1 to Ø38 mm
  • Typical tolerance: ±0.003 mm
  • Surface finish: down to Ra 0.2 μm
  • Applications: meter shafts, needle valves and precision pins

Materials for demanding service

Machining difficult alloys with a considered process

Heat generation, work hardening and tool wear can affect both part quality and production consistency. Material selection and machining strategy are reviewed together to suit the component’s requirements.

Nickel-based alloys

Inconel 625 and 718, Hastelloy C276 and related alloys for high-temperature, pressure and corrosive-service components.

Duplex and stainless steels

Super Duplex 2507, 316L and other stainless grades for fluid handling and coastal or seawater applications.

Titanium alloys

Ti-6Al-4V for components where strength, weight and performance requirements call for a carefully controlled machining route.

Copper alloys and engineering metals

High-strength copper alloys, aluminium, carbon steels and other specified materials for precision parts and assemblies.

Accuracy by design

Control the features that matter

Micron-level control is achieved through suitable machine selection, stable workholding, tooling strategy and inspection—not by tolerance claims alone. Critical dimensions and datums are identified early so the process can be planned around them.

01

Fewer setups, less datum transfer

Simultaneous 5-axis and mill-turn machining can complete more features in a single workholding, helping reduce cumulative errors associated with repeated reclamping.

02

Inspection planned with production

Measurement requirements are considered alongside drawings and functional datums, supporting reliable verification of critical dimensions and geometric relationships.

03

Material and batch traceability

Where specified, components can be supplied with EN 10204 3.1 material certification, PMI results and CMM inspection data to support customer and operator review.
